I had been looking for a Zero FX dual sport bike and not having any luck with my local dealer. I found Classy Chassis online and they happened to have the bike I wanted, so I sent a request for info. Mike got back to me quickly and we chatted. I had the sense that I was talking to a good person someone I could hang out with. I sent them a big bundle of money and Mike was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. At no point did I feel like there was any pressure or risk.
