I first had the from suspension done on my 23 RGS. The customer service was top notch from my first phone call to the appointment to having it installed. I had the opportunity to test ride a couple Zero electric bikes while I waited. My second experience was to have a S&S 475 cam installed. Again from the first phone call to inquire about having it done Jarrod was helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the parts and scheduled to bring the bike in for installation. Again great service above and beyond my expectation. Today I had the bike dyno tuned by 10(his nickname). The bike is a beast. I enjoyed every minute of 2 hour ride home through the country side. I cant forget the mechanics that worked on my bike. I dont know who they are but my bike always came back damage free and no grease / finger prints. I highly recommend Classy Chassis.
