I dealt with Bob and Josh in purchasing my Meteor 350. Both were great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had either in person or by email. As an added bonus they actually let you test ride the bikes instead of just sitting on them and hoping for the best. This made making my buying decision so much easier. After making the purchase, both continued to be friendly and helpful especially when I had some issues with my insurance company - who had never heard of Royal Enfield before apparently (despite it being one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in the world).
