Cost and Effect
Service costs ... parts cost ... (especially rear tires) ... that's life. But with Classy Chassis it's the staff that makes the diff between just a dealership and being a place with real bike people. There have been a few times when the service dept has gone an extra mile and it has been appreciated. To Josh and staff ...
